HISTORY:

Octavio grew up in Lumiose City with his two loving parents, Abigail and Rodrick Manchester, since he was about 5 years old. However, when Octavio was about 6 years old his parents went out to perform at the opera, and brought him along to watch. On the way home from the performance they unfortunately go in a car accident. After they were all rushed to the hospital, Octavio found out that his parents did not survive the crash. After receiving the news and fully recovering from the accident Octavio was sent to Little Sunshine Orphanage. When he got to the orphanage he refused to speak to anymore, especially to the parents that might want to adopt him, because he was afraid of getting attached to them and then losing them again. This went on for about 2 years, he would barley talk to anyone and when the parents came around to see him, he would just sit there and not speak a word. Around the time he was 8, he was sitting in the meeting room, to meet the parent that might wanted to adopted him, and then he saw a small Abra sit in the chair across from him.

The man smiled and said he would like for him to speak first as he wanted to make him feel more comfortable and wanted him to feel safe while they talked. Octavio was not sure how to respond to this, he was told from the caretakers that the parents did the talking while he answered the questions not the other way around, but he kind of liked that, this man was trying to make him feel comfortable while they talked, unlike the other adults. So Octavio decide to try and talk him, since he was trying to make him fee, well safe and comfortable. This went on for about a month, Mr. Phung, as Octavio had found out, would come in everyday and they would just sit there and talk about each other and how they were doing. When it came to the end of the month it was time for the parents that came to adopt the children they wanted to adopt. Octavio sat in his room watching as the parents left with the children looked down sadly at them; since he knew Mr.Phung would be doing the same thing with the little girl or little boy he was to welcome into his family, meaning Octavio would be once again left on his own. While he was so preoccupied watching the window that he did not notice someone had enter the room; when he was tapped on the shoulder he was surprise to see Mr.Phung next to him. To his surprise Mr.Phung had come to adopt him! He at first was confused or though it was some sort of joke but as he saw Mr.Phung help him pack his things with a smile on his face he began to understand that maybe it was ok to go with him.

Over then next couple of year Octavio lived happily with his new father Mr.Phung. He had gain some more family member as he got older with Mr.Phung adopting more children as then years went on. He enjoyed being an older brother to his younger brothers and sister. However as the year went on during high school, Octavio started to become more and more protective over his new father condition to the point that if people made even the smallest comment about his height or the rocks covering his body he would argue over them about it. His also became self-conscious about himself due to bullying in high school. After high school, Octavio decide to work for a movie theater company, and after a few years of working there, he eventually became an assistant manger at the theater. When he was about 28 his manager decided to set up another theater in another town and asked Octavio if he would run it for him. Octavio though about it and though it would be a good idea to run it and decided to move to Pokette Town.
